Allow me to introduce myself...
My name is Kyle Paris and I am the broker and owner of LFG Realty, headquartered in Plano, TX. I'm a Midwest transplant and have lived in North Texas since 2007, and I have been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 2013. I'm also a volunteer leader with my local Realtor® association and I serve on various real estate committees at a state and national level to stay educated and serve my clients and industry better.
I work with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors, and my experiences as a REALTOR® have taught me that good communication is vital and speed is a requirement. Collin County is one of the fastest growing counties in the country and acquiring good real estate here can be a challenge.
The market moves extremely fast and can be intimidating, which is why it's important to have professional representation. My job is to guide you through the details of a real estate transaction and help you make informed decisions. When I am in work mode nothing is more important than my clients. I am committed to your satisfaction and will always give honest advice that's in your best interest. I'm also dedicated to communicating quickly, so rest assured your questions will never go unanswered.
I'm programmed with a relentless work ethic, but I also try to maintain a healthy work/life balance. My family is the world to me and I would not be successful without the support of my parents, my wife (Larisa), and our daughter, Hope. We love the Chicago Cubs and our wonderful collection of rescue cats and dogs. When it comes to finding the right home for your family, I will make sure your fur babies are happy, too!
When I am not helping clients or spending time with my family, I'm serving the real estate community and fellow REALTORS®. I'm an Executive Leader of my local REALTOR® association (CCAR) and on the Board of Directors for TEXAS REALTORS® and the National Association of Realtors®.
Although a majority of my time is spent serving others, I will always find a way to spend time on a golf course or pickleball court. Thanks for learning more about me and I can't wait to meet you!
